Provide work hour and expense recording in Field Service. (Same like in PSA.)

I am getting the same request from a client. We can import resource bookings linked to work orders but no way to directly create and link. Can we get any response from Microsoft regarding if this can be done?

To add, I would like to see the Actuals entity extended to FS so that Time Entries could be leveraged together with PSA. With Actuals we would get coherent financial data when using both PSA and FS.

I ditto Antti's comments about this being a big need in Field Service. Ideally the Actuals entity from PSA would extend on the existing FS functionality where time is generated from the bookings associated on a work order to create a time journal entry. The PSA Actuals could be leveraged to allow for additional time entry for non-work order activities which would allow the user to account for all of their time during a time period. A number of partners have had to build this out using custom entities as this is a big need in the market.

Expenses and non work order time needed!!!!!
