Field Service - Bookable Resource Start Position
Several customers have given the real world scenario that their Bookable resources will have different start and end locations each day.
This could be different regional offices, Hotels or their own house.
At the moment there is a limitation that you can only have you start and end location as 1 fixed place. At the moment we need to create a psudeo Bookable Resource Booking in to route correctly for that day

Bookable Resource Bookings in Interactive Service Hub
Having been involved in Field Service projects i have been asked by customers about Interactive Service for their new deployments but at the moment we are not able to give this as an option due to Bookable Resource Bookings not being allowed.
This for me will limit the uptake on ISH for any Field Service Customers, But by allowing it bring a new dimension to ISH and Field Services

Filter Ratings based on Proficiency Model
At the moment when you are using the Schedule board and select a Proficiency Model and then go to select the Ratings it will bring up the ratings for all Proficiency models rather than just the models that have been selected

Multiple Room Events
Havin the ability to select multiple rooms when you create an event At the moment you can select the building, but in most instances that event with use multiple rooms in the building. -
Room Level on Room
Currently we can configure multiple items on the Room table. However one thing that would be great to have would be the ability to store what level the room is on. Example Running and event which spans 8 floors of a building. When automating process i would like to be able to include the Building, Room Name, FLOOR, Layout and what features the room has so that the speaker is aware in advance
