    Recurring survey and tracking customer success trend

    Business case: Implement quarterly surveys for the regular end customers.

    Currently, we are using Power Automate / Flow based on Dataverse data with filtering to send surveys on a quarterly basis.


    Send survey should have option for "iteration", and we should be able to track trend on form field / score for particular customer filling the survey.

    Allow Dataverse environment refresh and not break project

    Projects are based on Dataverse. Refreshing data breaks Customer Voice project - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/create-project. Without the possibility to backup or restore project, it forces users to re-create the same project over and over

    Text editor

    The user experience of the text editor should be better, the current version is very clunky to use and doesn't work reliably. Using a text editor requires care because the current version often stores unwanted old text versions and different font sizes in outgoing cover messages.

    Customer feedback reports should be editable. The user should be able to edit ready-made graphical descriptors.

    Heir/Heif upload

    Being able to respond to Forms in a Mobile devices is crucial.

    In Sweden about 50 % use Safari as their Mobile browser.

    About 40 % use iPhone.

    Newer models have Heic/Heif as a standard format for images.

    So when we ask users to upload a file/image we have a problem since Forms don't have support for other formats then:


    Image file types include the following file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tiff, .psd, .thm, .yuv, .ai, .drw, .eps, .ps, .svg, .3dm, and .max.

    Would be excellent if above list could include HEIF-format.

    It would be even greater if an uploaded file could be automagically converted to jpeg.

    Without having to add 3.d part plugins e.g.


    Use case for us is asking a customer to take a picture of an area where we plan to do an installation, besides other textfields.

    Re-Subscribe Recipient

    Some contacts inadvertently elect to unsubscribe from surveys, causing the contact's email to be removed from the distribution list. Could a function be developed to allow survey administrators to re-subscribe the contact?

    Survey Question Restrictions

    It would be useful to have the text restrictions on a text based answer extended to allow for a phone type response (as is used for email type responses). The number formatting currently displays as 07,765,987,456 when a number is entered. Custom formatting doesn't help either.

    Disable/enable editing of a project or survey

    One should be able to share a project and only giving read access to the surveys. Today we can only give people the role of co-owner that can edit all surveys. One should be able to assign other roles to surveys with less permissions.


    We need this in order to have raw copies of surveys that we would like to modify sometimes without losing the original survey.

    Customer Voice - Drop Rate Capture

    Customer Voice currently doesn't capture the survey drop which means respondent who drops after filling a few questions can't be identified to improve the reach of the survey . So i am proposing this feature to be added to the product
