The current feature does not have the ability to automatically share records to specific users as a standard feature.

The ability to auto-share records to specific users would eliminate the need to manually share records and improve operational efficiency.

With the current functionality, dashboards added to the entity view are not added to the regular dashboards.

The facility to add dashboards added to the entity view to the regular dashboards would enable unification of dashboards and make operations more efficient.

Currently, deactivated records are searchable in the associated entity's lookup field.

It would be more operationally efficient to have the option to disallow deactivated records from being searchable in the lookup field.

Currently, the maximum number of characters in the "description" field of the "estimate" entity that exists by default is 2000.

Increasing the setting on the field to 4000 will result in an error.

Specifically, the following error occurs if it is changed after the estimate is activated

Error message : "The text entered exceeds the maximum length".

The operation can be made more efficient by allowing more characters to be set as the character limit to avoid the error.

Currently, notifications for timeline posts cannot specify a specific entity.

Please add the ability to send email notifications to users who have specified a specific entity and then mentions it.

Currently, when a record is assigned to another user, the assigned user appears as the "modified on" of the note on the timeline.
