UI Admin Center Security Roles Settings
Suggested by Madeleine Schmied – New – 0 Comments
When selecting the access rights for different security roles in the Power Platform admin center the headline with "Create-Read-Write-Delete-Append-Append To-Assign-Share" should stay fixed when scrolling down. It's tedious sometimes to go back up when selecting the rights for Tables further down.

Ability to divide support time during entitlement
Suggested by Soichi Saiki – New – 0 Comments
Within a long-term entitlement, customers must specify the support time available each month.
However, the current feature does not have the ability to divide the available support time on a monthly basis during entitlement period.
When this feature is implemented, it will be very convenient for customers.

Option to add arrows back to scroll bars on Views
Suggested by Adam Denyer – New – 0 Comments
Add the scroll bar arrows back on all Views across all Dynamics 365 apps, or add the option to enable them organisation-wide.
Since the RW2 update in October the up and down arrows on the scroll bars have been removed. A number of our users have raised that they were a much easier way to move down long lists in small, precise increments than dragging the bar itself or clicking in the blank space above and below it, and for those users whose roles require small interactions with a lot of records one after the other this adds up quickly and has adversely impacted their efficiency.
The ability to have the arrows back on all Views would be a lot of help for users like this, and should have a minimal aesthetic impact as the arrows were already pretty discreet.

Allow Dataverse Teams to be used to control record permissions
Suggested by Sam Woodhouse – New – 0 Comments
Currently, the main way to apply wider permissions to records within Dataverse is by utilising business units and enabling users to create records that can be seen and updated by their business unit. This model doesn't always fit with implementations where users are across multiple business units in the organisations. If there are no business units in place you could utilise them in your environment but then you've locked that environment down to only utilise your structure, if in a shared environment another developer wants to build an organisation-wide application that utilises the organisational structure for security this can no longer be done since a different app is using a different structure to emulate what could be done more simply using Dataverse Teams.
What would be more beneficial, is if I could specify a security role for custom entities that users across multiple teams need to access and specify that the created records are available to all Dataverse Team members. These Team members can be controlled via AAD security groups and allow for a much easier way for data segregation (at least for those of us not utilising Dynamics) for teams of users that don't sit in a standard business unit approach.

Azure Synapse Link able to access Dynamics Metadata tables for Export
Suggested by Travis Judd – New – 0 Comments
We are in the process of moving from our Data Export Service environment to the Azure Synapse Link and Data Lake. One feature in the Data Export service was heavily used by our reporting was the GlobalOptionSetMetadata table and OptionSetMetadata table.
Azure Synapse Link's Manage Tables does not see these tables in CRM.
It would be very helpful if we could have access to these tables.

File Type field – Choose File & No file chosen (option) – how to translate it
Right now it is dependent on Browser Language and not on Dynamic User Language. So, it should also have provision on same metadata lines.

Canvas App Push Notification - Open Particular Record in Gallery Control
Suggested by Himanshu Desai – New – 0 Comments
Hi Team,
Looking forward to have a feature in Canvas app where one can open a specific record in the app upon clicking on the push notification from mobile phone. Currently this feature is only working in MS first party app.
Example Scenario:
1. Opportunity data has been captured in Modal Driven Sales app of the tenant.
2. Canvas app has been created to show these opportunities(in gallery control) and some other relevant data.
3. Flow has been created which will send a push notification to end user's mobile phone upon change in the opportunity status in Sales app.
4. End user receives above mentioned notification on his/her mobile phone with subject line and short message.
5. Upon clicking on this notification, end user should be able to see actual opportunity record in Canvas app. - This feature is not available at the moment in Canvas app.
Please see this link of MS documentation which shows working example of this feature. May I please request this same feature in Canvas app too.
This should work like other MS product's notification feature. For example, If someone receives mobile notification about new outlook email or Teams chat message, clicking on this notification will take that person to the email record in the outlook app or in the Teams app.
Hope to see this feature soon as it's aligned well with other MS products.
Thank you.
H Desai.

Subgrids with no data should hide table headers
Suggested by Ran Zhang – New – 0 Comments
When there is no data available in subgrid, table headers should be invisible. Otherwise, end users would mistakely think they are missing some data. If there are no headers at all the information is more clear.

Support Nested Security Groups
Suggested by Michael Hess – New – 0 Comments
I can't fathom why nested groups are not supported. I need this functionality:
- D365 groups created in AD, automatically, based on various critera.
- D365 enviro groups created in AAD to include a few AAD service accounts.
- D365 enviro groups contain the AD groups as needed.
- D365 AAD security group assigned as enviro security group to allow users in.
I have to add users MANUALLY to the AAD group, even if they are in nested groups. Once they are in the D365 enviro, I can remove them from AAD and the nested users still work.
This is just crazy, and defeats the entire purpose of groups.
Please fix this ASAP. OR allow multiple security groups in D365 environments.

Please remove the Access ID dependency for Premier Customers.
Team,
There has to be a way to integrate the cloud support plan management mapping we do today for Azure and O365 with Power Platform. Having the dependency on the Customer entering their Access ID for Premier is very outdated and causes many issues if not entered correctly. Most importantly, if Customers miss this step, they will not be routed to Premier which leads to major CPE issues. Is there a roadmap for improving this part of the support incident request tool in Power Platform?
