Internal / Private Fields
Suggested by Richard Fox (ACS) – Completed – 0 Comments
It would be great to have internal/private fields that are only visible to forum administrators this will allow us to link to ADO items or other notes such that we can maintain a link between Ideas item and ADO/Other work tracking. -
Reduce WebResourceBase in this environment which is almost 500MB in size
Suggested by Ali Hijazi – Completed – 0 Comments
Hi the WebResourceBase in our default environment is over 500MB in size and we're not using it as our production. this is a big waste of space and money for us as a customer. we only have a couple of Canvas apps which are very small. Can you look into reducing the amount of space WebResourceBase uses up when there no data stored please? -
Mailbox is auto approved (without exchange admin/global admin intervention) during user provisioning to enable server side sync if the UPN of the user matches with email address in Dynamics/CDS.
Suggested by Kunal Murarka – Completed – 0 Comments
This behavior provides ability to system administrator to test & enable and then synchronize any user's (having D365/power app per user license in same tenant) O365 mailbox in to dynamics instance by changing that user's email tracking setting to "All email messages". This is can lead to a major email/data exposure situation within an enterprise where a developer having system admin in Dynamics /CDS can potentially sync anyone's email with few clicks. -
We should NOT pay for system tables in our storage
Suggested by Thomas Sandsør – Completed – 28 Comments
Running a organization with D365 CE + Portals and Marketing. The webResourceBase and ribbonClientMetatdataBase consume more than 3 gb of data, and this is something we can't control! The CRM solution is pretty vanilla without custom ribbon and only 1 custom javascript. Tables like this should not count in our complete storage.

Ability to notify the user from Dynamics 365 Online when storage approaches the upper limit
Suggested by Masatsugu Umeda – Completed – 7 Comments
Sharepoint Online can be configured to send the notification email to the site administrator when the site approaches the storage limit. Dynamics 365 Online does not have the ability to notify you when storage is nearing capacity. Once implemented in Dynamics 365 Online, this feature will make it easier to decide whether to purchase storage or delete capacity. We strongly hope to implement this feature.

Power Platform Admin Center: API limits and query quotas against actuals (per user)
Suggested by Allen Campbell – Completed – 1 Comments
I suggest an enhancement of the Common Data Service API analytics section and the Data Integration dashboard in the Power Platform Admin Portal. I would be nice to be able to see API limits and query quotas against Actuals (per user). Especially for Requests limits and allocations for the Power Platform https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/api-request-limits-allocations And Power Query Online Limits https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/power-query-online-limits

Identifying PowerApps or Flows connected to a SharePoint list or Library
Suggested by Gabriel Couture – Completed – 1 Comments
Provide a method to determine what Flows or PowerApps are associated to a given list or library. SR Number 120012724001496 was submitted to see if anything was already in place and the response was No, but enter an idea. At this time, there is no method to determine if a Flow or PowerApp is associated with SharePoint List or Library. As the two applications become more prevalent in the SharePoint environment, it will be harder to determine/troubleshoot issues if the Admins are unaware of an end user developed Flow or PowerApp altering data in SharePoint.

I want to export a list of service requests from "Power Platform Admin center".
Suggested by Nariyuki kuroki – Completed – 1 Comments
"Microsoft 365 admin center" can export a list of service requests from [Support] => [View service requests] => [Export service requests]. "Power Platform Admin center" does not have a function to export a list of service requests. Since it is necessary to report to the company regularly, I would like the function to export the list of service requests of Power Platform Admin center.
