We use the productivity tools to handle cases. But when an account of contact is openend in a session the employee is also bothered by the productivity pane, even though they can't use the productivity tools for these entities. You cannot configure for which entities to enable the productivity pane. Therefore, we would like to be able to configure for which entities the productivity pane is enabled so employees don't get bothered with the pane for irrelevant entities.

With UCI since now we have different Tabs for each section of form its really difficult for users to search for missing mandatory field as system does not auto navigate to it. System should auto navigate the curser to 1st missing mandatory field of the whenever users hits save and there is missing entry for mandatory field.

The current forum feature, comments only support external url's not local images. Where many customers want to upload images from their local computer such as screenshots, while adding any comment with in the portal. Suggest to add the feature of uploading and displaying local pictures.
