Quicklinks are easy to create and show on an idea forum/homepage. As an community admin, it would be nice to see the quicklink entity views in the app. This would allow for easier creation/management thereafter.

Collection - Merging similar ideas on MS Ideas

Currently, children ideas that are merged into a collection will be removed from the public forum. The collection would be there but the ideas will go away. Only users who have previously engaged with the children ideas (i.e. voted, commented, followed) would be able to see a link to the original children idea within the collection.
It will be great to have the links to the children ideas visible to all the users (not just to the users who have engaged with the children ideas). This will provide users the full visibility of what similar ideas have been merged into the collection and see the details of the original children idea post.

Customize Intake Fields on MS Ideas Portal

It would be great to have the ability to add customizable intake fields to the MS Ideas portal. This will help capture necessary and sufficient information from the submitters in order for the administrator/back-end teams to better understand the ideas/feedback. This would help eliminate the needs to request additional clarifications and reduce the back and forth follow ups after the submission.
As each team who uses MS Ideas has different audiences and requirements, it'd be great to be able to customize/add different intake fields to meet their needs.

Last X Months

We have dashboards and need to look at discrete time periods in past not movable each day you look. Last 2 Months needs to be last 2 full months up top previous month end. So currently in Jan you see, some of Jan, All of Dec and some of Nov for last 2 months. Last 2 months in Jan needs to be all of Dec and Nov
Most people when reporting looking at last 2 months would look at point up to a month-end because it is constantly moving otherwise and no use for KPIs.
This needs to be added even if you call it "Previous X months".
You could then keep the "Last" to be that movable feast for which I cannot see much use, considering you can already use the previous 30 days previous 60 days etc.
Is this in the pipeline?

Import Log Description Field Sorting

When viewing Data Import logs and sorting by Description column from A-Z or Z-A, the values are not sorting in alphabetical order. Ideally when sorting is enabled for Z to A, the column should display The lookup reference could not be resolved followed by A record was not created or updated because.... The sorting is not taking the first alphabet T followed by A instead takes A followed by T

This is due to the field being a Multiple Lines of Text' formatted field. As per Microsoft support this is a limitation of this type of field (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/queries/select-order-by-clause-transact-sql?view=sql-server-ver15#limitations-and-restriction). Since this is not possible to do with this field then the column itself should not appear to be sortable as it causes a misconception in the products functionality.

Print functionality within Customer Service Hub

It would be great if you could print out a service request from within the Customer Service Hub. Currently, you're only able to print screen which does not allow you to view the entire service request as a whole.

Provision to translate "Description" field of category master

Category "Title" field should be translated in normal Dashboard (IN INTERACTIVE DB IT IS WORKING FINE)

In Interactive Dashboard, if we have any Chart on Category field, while changing the language by user, that is reflecting in respective language, BUT normal Dashboard it is not translating.

How to prevent solution imports from failing

It should not be possible to make changes in any other environment than a Sandbox environment. The Prod envronment should re read only for customisations.
Make all non-sandbox environments read only to force development in Sandbox envionments.
The exception to this is for tenants which only have 1 environment.
