Can we hide inactive records in"Recent records" or have option to disable "Recent records" in Add Existing subgrid lookup dialog?
There is an option for solely lookup field on form to disable Recent records in the lookup result, which is "Disable most recently used items for this field". However, there is no such control for Add Existing subgrid lookup dialog. End users may add disabled recent records to the subgrid view, causing confusion. Can we hide inactive records in"Recent records" or have option to disable "Recent records" in the area? -
Subgrids with no data should hide table headers
When there is no data available in subgrid, table headers should be invisible. Otherwise, end users would mistakely think they are missing some data. If there are no headers at all the information is more clear.

Preview or confirm window before sending a file in Omnichannel chat
Would it be possible to make file preview or pop up a confirm window before sending a file in Omnichannel chat?
Currently, the file will be directly sent out once user/agent select a file and click on open. There might be possibilities that they choose an incorret file. If the file/image can be previewed in send window or a new confirm window pops up, the user/agent can double check and then click on send.

Copilot interaction history gets flushed automatically or can be cleared up in more user-friendly manner.
In D365 Sales Copilot, current design to clear chat history is to clear cache of client's browser. This is very unfriendly for end users as most users keep cache for easy access to other programs used on a daily basis. Moreover, the user experiences are inconsistent in Microsoft even Dynamics products family.
- For M365 Copilot, we have auto-flush functionality to configure how long interaction data can be stored and then be cleared.
- For D365 Customer Service Copilot, there is a button "Clear chat" which allows end users to easily clear history on the screen.
It would be great if D365 Sales copilot could implement such functionality to clear chat history more easily.
