• BUG: Quick Find Search not searching on 'Find Fields' on Unified Interface dashboards

The Quick Find Search find fields does work in the Unified Interface unless the grid is on a dashboard. I am unable to search on search columns besides the name field.

  • Ability to sync tasks that are created in outlook into CRM

Currently tasks created in Dynamics sync out to Outlook and once they are there they sync back and forth between Dynamics and Outlook. Our users are trying to use the To Do application which creates tasks and syncs them with outlook. Those tasks are not syncing into Dynamics. When we create tasks directly in Outlook, those also are not syncing into Dynamics.
  • Post reply records should be able to be extensible through Power Automate

There is a business need to have users notified outside of CRM that there has been a reply to their Post. We could do this with Power Automate but we don't have access to the post reply records.
  • View system jobs that have run on a record

In the legacy interface we could view background processes and real-time processes to see the system jobs that ran on a record. I need to switch back to the legacy interface to find these quickly to help debug if needed. Please add these back to the unified interface even if they are able to only be seen by administrators
  • Need to see a list of all active and inactive process

Currently we can get to a lot of the administrator settings from admin.powerplatform.com but it doesn't appear that we can see and filter a list of system processes. We can get to these from a solution, but as I have many similar workflows running, I need to see a list of them so that I can click through them to see additional details.
  • Allow Timeline to exist on multiple tabs

Currently the Timeline can only be added once to a dynamics 365 form. By allowing it to be added in multiple tabs, I am able to continue to display the timeline when the system automatically opens another tab. This is important for a Business Process Flow when each step may want to display different information. Through javascript we can move them through the tabs as we go through the process. However I'm worried they will miss something if the tab that they are redirected to doesn't have the timeline available on it.
  • Open Record Set is Paginated

After selecting a record from a view in dynamics you can click 'Open Record Set' which shows all other records in the view that you were in. This is a great and highly used feature that only shows up to 250 records from the page you are on. It would be great if this could be paginated once you get to the end of the 250 records.
  • Azure Synapse Link able to access Dynamics Metadata tables for Export

We are in the process of moving from our Data Export Service environment to the Azure Synapse Link and Data Lake. One feature in the Data Export service was heavily used by our reporting was the GlobalOptionSetMetadata table and OptionSetMetadata table.

Azure Synapse Link's Manage Tables does not see these tables in CRM.

It would be very helpful if we could have access to these tables.

  • Customer Type lookup fields clickable from dataverse search views

Both Contact (Parent Customer) and Case (Customer) lookup both Contacts and Accounts.

When you use the global dataverse search and get results, you are unable to navigate directly to that customer because it isn't set up as a url whereas normal lookup fields can be clicked on.

Please make fields that are Customer Type be clickable from the dataverse search results.

(Our alternative solution would be to store the account/contact in a separate regular lookup field to display it as clickable)

  • New Advanced Find Experience: Allow admin to download fetch xml

In the modern UI old advanced find view, admin were able to download the fetch xml to use in multiple applications. Please provide a 'system admin' or 'system customizer' only button that allows us to download fetch xml easily from the views we know our users are refering to so that we can apply it in our other applications.
