We use the Email to Case Flow in Customer Service Hub. This is the default convert rule: By default, the Title field of the new case is set to the subject of the email and the Customer field is set to the sender of the email. If the sender of the email is a contact with a parent account, the Customer field is set to the parent account, and the Contact field is set to the sender of the email. Would suggest adding Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit option in Dynamics 365 Application Ideas. Today we have Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services, however we don't have for Nonprofit.

Cant find any LCS category so will post here. It would be great if the deletion region could be fixed. We are EU and only allow EU regions for our Tenant - this comes as a security as well as an "EU only" thought. Whenever you have to delete an environment, the LCS creates a resource group with the name "BackupVaultCleanupResourceGroup" in the location East US. By doing this we are either unable to delete the environment as we only allow EU regions, or we have to open a WHOLE location just for this one task of the LCS. Please fix it to use the location the azure connector uses. So it creates the resource group "BackupVaultCleanupResourceGroup" in the location where we create the VMs and thus allow the location.

No idea where to post LCS suggestions, but Microsoft told me to post here. The LCS needs the feature to accept security groups to give rights/access to members. Always having to invite people 1 by 1 and doing the same for editing is not something you want to have in the year 2022.

When we are trying to clean up the database to clean up storage. It's is annoying to have to wait until the following day to see if you made progress in clearing up storage. It would be nice to have the option to refresh this report manually.

Given the limitation of 100 environments being displayed in the admin portal, it would be great if a filter could be kept on to filter out environments types not really needced, such as Teams environments.... Will remove the need to have to scroll down each time and click Show More or having to set a filter each time you enter the environment area of the Power Platform admin portal

When assigning a ticket to an Account, allow users to identify their "favorite" accounts and display them first in the drop down list. This would decrease the time it takes to relate the account to the ticket.

Currently there is a limitation on number of BPF's per process, Each process can contain no more than 30 stages. Please increase the limitation as this is needed to support our business

Hi Recently we looked into hiding specific entities from export to excel and the advanced find. We're aware you can remove via ribbon workbench but the issue with that is the entity ( say contact) can still be exported via adding related fields in the advanced find. It would be a nice feature to just be able to block a table from export or advanced find in full within the customisations.

When we have any field of File datatype, we don't have option to translate "Choose File" & "No file chosen". So, while doing Language change in D365, these two option remain AS IS. So, we should consider these two option in Metadata Translation file.
