Option to enable Dark mode
Suggested by Arun Vinoth Thiyagarajan – Needs Votes – 10 Comments
While Microsoft is giving option in MS Office to switch to Dark mode, and in every single offerings like Azure & Office 365 portals, I would like to propose this idea. "Please allow themes or Dark mode option in Dynamics 365" My clients & end users are asking for it already. :) -
Virus scanning capability for attachments in not available / document for D365 / CDS and CRM/Power Portal.
Suggested by Kunal Murarka – Needs Votes – 6 Comments
Virus scanning for documents upload to Notes/blob through Power portals for external users (B2B & B2C) or Internal users (B2E) is very common need. It is very cricial specifically foe B2C / B2B use cases. Not having virus scanning capability in attachments stored in CDS/D365 can be considered as a blocker to leverage CRM Portal / Power portals for external users (B2B & B2C) or Internal users ( B2E). There is often a need to pull a pdf of a dashboard. At the moment most users revert to screenshot and pasting. An export to pdf would be very useful. -

Provide a System level setting & User level override setting to set the preference of default collapse/expand behavior of Left navigation in UCI https://community.dynamics.com/365/f/dynamics-365-general-forum/312765/unified-interface-collapse-sitemap-by-default/907274 -
Business Process Flow with adjustable height and width
Suggested by Jacques van der Laan – Needs Votes – 7 Comments
The business process flow in the unified interface is not suitable for fields with multiple lines of text. Is just gives the user a scroll feature. The frames where the fields are shown are to small. There is just not enough space. My suggestion is that the business process flow can be adjusted in height and/or width so fields with multiple lines of text are shown in a good matter. Also the 'normal' fields are not shown in a proper way because of the lack of space.

Queue list view should automatically refresh
Suggested by Thomas Nørregaard Rath – Needs Votes – 5 Comments
Customer Service Agents that use the queue for email correspondence between customer service and the customers quickly get frustrated that they have to manually click refresh to check if there are new emails in the queue. The Queue list view should be able to automatically refresh. Either with a fixed interval or even better when a new item is added or removed to/from the queue. -

The Print Preview button is a useful feature in the legacy web interface, but is not available in the Unified Interface. Please can this be included in the Unified Interface?

Print Preview missing in UCI Hub

Print functionality for Email and other Records in the UCI is missing. This a business-critical function that we would like to see added before the legacy UI is deprecated. -
'Run Workflow' option in new UCI interface
Suggested by Ankur Tailor – Needs Votes – 3 Comments
Hi, 'Run Workflow' (on demand) option in new UCI is missing from the 'sub grid' (associated view). It shows on the main form under the 'Flow' option but it's nice to have under associated view which is currently showing and working in Classic interface. Thanks, Ankur -
Allow "Enable Dynamics 365 Apps" configuration option to be changed after environment creation
Suggested by Steve Keeler – Needs Votes – 1 Comments
When creating Power Platform environments, one of the configuration options presented is "Enable Dynamics 365 Apps". This configuration setting is not modifiable once the environment has been created, but should be. For example, an environment is created without this option enabled and solutions are deployed. Then later another solution is to be deployed to the same environment, but requires this configuration setting to be enabled. If all solutions need to be deployed to the same environment, then the only option currently is to create a new environment and move all existing solutions into the new environment (large effort). Making this environment configuration setting modifiable in existing environments would make Power Platform environments and solution deployments far easier to manage.
