Post text box size should be customizable .

Need a customizable control to change behavior of the timeline 'post' and set the length of the Post text box to show 8 lines during create. Current CRM product limitation: Business need 'Posts' Text Box control size to be 8 rows visibility while creating a new Post. But we can see only 3 rows by default, not able to customize this with OOB Settings in Dynamics 365. It is a multiline textbox control and the height of the textbox comes hardcoded. Possibility to configure the activity button in the timeline

With the latest UCI update there are shown additional options in the timeline like "Assign", "Delete", "Close Activity", "Add to Queue" and "Open Entity Record". Currently there is no other possibility than to withdraw the user rights or use unsupported java script to hide these options. As in Views and Forms there should be a possibility to configure these options (like you can do with RibbonWorkbench). For example to hide the 'Close Activity' option for specific role - these users can still read and edit an activity but aren't able to complete them, because this may should only be done by another user group. -
Power Platform Storage Capacity Alerts

There should be an option to get notified via email when storage capacity reaches the threshould (which should be 80% ideally). Current procedure to monitor it daily via Power Platform Admin center is not the best approach as it requires daily monitoring and ut will only notify when it reaches 100% is not the ideal thing as it will stop us from using some functionality. If we are informed before handed appropriate actions will be taken to avoid issues for us.
