Provide the ability to 'print preview' in the Unified Interface
The Print Preview button is a useful feature in the legacy web interface, but is not available in the Unified Interface. Please can this be included in the Unified Interface?

Ability to link conversations to custom tables
Conversations can only be linked to Cases, Accounts and Knowledge Articles. We need the ability to be able to link conversations to custom tables as our environment uses a combination of custom and system tables to store data.

Automated messages triggers
Hello,
We use automated messages in Dynamics 365 Contact Centre. We use the break functionality in the Operating Hours for adhoc closures. This currently uses the 'Out of operating hours' trigger, but we need to play a different message for if the Contact Centre is closed due to a break as otherwise it is confusing for the caller.
