Not sure if this is a bug, but Relationship Assistant keeps serving up emails I have already responded to. The card will have a header of "Email Awaiting Your Response" but when I click it and open it in Outlook I can immediately see "You responded to this on X date". They're generally also qu...

Relationship Analytics should consider Activity custom entities

AI Feature Notes Analysis

The new feature to let the system create suggestions based on a users notes entry is quite nice. However, it would be much more beneficial if this would be supported within phone call and appointment activities. To use these is much more common than using the Notes option.
