In relationships analytics to calculate the Relationship Health Score it's considering only the OOB activities, but does not take into account the custom entities. In our case we have created Visit report entity, that reflects what was discussed with a customer but this is not considered.
A lot of times our sales team creates Visit Reports without have the Appointment activity created. Then what happen is the Health Score is always Poor, because this activity is not considered.
