The Competitor pain is too simplistic.

Suggest the below added as in Accounts:

• Primary contact
• Other contacts
• Internal contacts linked - ie that worked for competitor
• Lead competition - who are their main competitors (link to other competitor records)
• SW there - but also Opportunities and Threats (Risks)
• Description pane
• Ability to tag to sectors
• Hierarchy - ie able to link subsidiaries to parent accounts
