Change color of the Relationship Assistant Icon if there are new actions every time sales rep opens Dynamics - a color that stands out of have the icon flash. Point is to make it stand out so rep will notice it and click on it to see their actions (both custom and OOB cards).
As long as the reps have open action cards i.e. have not dismissed them or closed them the icon color remains the same or the icon should continue to flash. This way they know to click and open the assistant - otherwise they tend to ignore it and it is a shame to not take advantage of the Relationship Assistant just because it is inconspicuous.
