Large email are not fully shown in the timeline

Large emails aren't rendered completely in the timeline, which cause the user interface showing only a part of it.


Please improve the timeline backend so all the emails are rendered correctly for better user experience.

Introduce collapse/expand for the quick create form "New Portal Comment"

Currently the quick create form "New Portal Comment" is a pop up where it covers the entire case form. As it is difficult to navigate between the two, it will be more helpful, if a collapse/expand button can be introduced.
