Dynamics 365 App for Outlook - Outlook folder tracked icon

Currently, there is no way to determine at folder-level (i.e. in your Inbox), which emails are tracked/set regarding. There needs to be an icon or some other UI change made to show tracked emails vs untracked without having to select a specific email and launch the App.

Dynamics 365 App for Outlook - add 'pin' to keep app open persistently

Currently, the App cannot be made to stay open when moving from one email to another.  Having a 'pin' button added to the UI to allow the app to persist would enhance User Experience greatly.
