Customer use Dynamics 365 app for Outlook with Delegation permission.
When create Appointment using Delegation permission, this Appointment cann't sync on Outlook and on Dynamics 365 immediately.
This is by design.
But it is unconvenient, customer want to change design, want to sync immediately.
