Make features like TrackedCategorizedItems available at the Exchange Profile level to allow companies more flexibility as some departments have differing uses for D365, but in order for everyone to have access to the D365 App for Outlook you must be on SSS. By moving more of the tracking settings like trackedcategoriezeditems, correlation and smart matching to the exchange profile it allows for more options.

For example, if you use Case Management, you may want to turn non tokens, but a Sales rep in the field doesn't want to communicate with his customer on an opportunity and have tokens on his email subject lines. however, it is only possible to have all or nothing.
