The Director's inboxes in Outlook are usually managed by the PA. Therefore PAs have their bosses inboxes delegate them. It is a shame that the Dyanmics 365 App for Outlook does not work for delegated inboxes. This makes this tool useless in a way that companies are structured these days. Thanks...
Dynamics 365 search bar in Outlook app add-in
Add search capabilities in the Dynamics 365 App for outlook for D365 Contacts. The search bar is only available for tracked contact matched to Outlook contacts but not D365 contacts. This search bar would add more interaction with D365 CE contacts from team members users.
Dynamics 365 App for Outlook pinned pane in calendar
Being able to pin the Dynamics 365 for Outlook App pane on the Outlook calendar would be great, in the same way as you can currently do it for emails.
