Dynamics 365 App for Outlook
The Director's inboxes in Outlook are usually managed by the PA. Therefore PAs have their bosses inboxes delegate them. It is a shame that the Dyanmics 365 App for Outlook does not work for delegated inboxes. This makes this tool useless in a way that companies are structured these days. Thanks...
