We have a directive that Sales should be able to work only in Outlook. It would be great if you coud open a full screen page of dynamics in Outlook. Currently you need to open an email or appointment, then use the search, quickcreate or other features. It would be nice to have a Dynamics Page. Yes, they could go to Dynamics 365 online but they are already in Outlook and it is just easier for the users.
