Allow manager/HR to update absence
Frequently a manager/HR may need to update an absence request for an employee (e.g. when they phone in sick). The solution should provide functionality for a manager/HR to update an employee's absence plan, and for conditionality to exist within a workflow for this to be auto-approved.

Status values for time off requests are confusing to users. For example, having a single value of Completed regardless of whether the request has been cancelled or approved is confusing. Suggest to have status as 1. Approved 2. Pending 3. Rejected 4. Cancelled
