When the leave is prorated when a new employee starts in a leave plan mid-year the exact leave days are calculated but not in rounded to half or full days. This means that when leave days or half days are taken there will be a balance of decimals left, e.g. 5.71 days. You have already chosen whether half days leave are acceptable or not, so use this information to give a rounding basis on the pro-rated leave entitlement.
Comments
Yes, right now we have to enter balance adjustments to round the pro-rated amounts. Allow the option - employees are only allowed to take full hours off so decimals are confusing.
