You should bring the FTE information from the position into the accrual of leave and absence plans. In the current solution, you need to create individual leave and absence plans, with different accrual schemes, for each and every percentage of full time you have - to have the correct accrual of leave and absence hours/days for part time workers. With the FTE information from the position available, the system should easily be able do the correct accrual.
