The Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile application will automatically sync changes from the application to the server when the entity has been saved.
If the device does not have any connectivity (no network) then the sync will automatically happen once connectivity is restored.

Agenda view is missing on tablet
When using the app on a tablet , we don't have the agenda view. We only have day, week or month view. But we don't see as much information in these views. Agenda view is also useful on a tablet.

Auto-refresh for the Calendar view in the Field Service Mobile App

Thank you for the feedback. Presently the Calendar view will automatically refresh as part of regular sync at 5 minute intervals. Users would only need to manually refresh if looking to update data before that 5 minute auto-sync time has elapsed.

Signature
A signature is permitted on the mobile version of a work order but it is not repeated on the copy sent to the customer for confirmation of work accomplished. This is a basic necessity for field services.
Thank you for the feedback. You can add a signature to a mobile report (HTML or Word Document) generated in Field Service Mobile that can be shared with the customer. Please let us know in the comments if there is something more you are asking for here.

It could be helpful to allow to field technician's to create directly from the field service app an end of work report in PDF ready for beeing sent to the customer.
