A signature is permitted on the mobile version of a work order but it is not repeated on the copy sent to the customer for confirmation of work accomplished. This is a basic necessity for field services.

When using the Resco Woodford Template on Mobile, a signature tab is integrated to collect customer signature. When creating the Word Template for creating a Work Order summary, the signature collected on the mobile cannot be added to the Word Template.

Thank you for the feedback. You can add a signature to a mobile report (HTML or Word Document) generated in Field Service Mobile that can be shared with the customer. Please let us know in the comments if there is something more you are asking for here.
