Outlook 2010 Integrated Toolbar

Have the CRM toolbar form part of the Home tab in Outlook 2010 instead of being on the Add-Ins tab.
With the current format we have lost the ability to quickly promote an item from the list view vastly reducing the ease of use.

Show status while loading the Outlook plugin or speed it up.

On a fast network this isn't a problem, you have to see it on a slow connection.

When outlook is started it takes up to 1 to 2 minutes before you can access CRM. The CRM Ribbon is grey during this time, and the Button in Outlook navigation is missing.

SharePoint CRM List Web Part



I would like to see an updated version of the CRM SharePoint list web part. It is something that would be extremely handy for us to use. The current version will not work for us once we migrate to Claims authentication for 2010 or 2013.

Outlook client lists missing links

In the web-client all lookups are click-able links. In the Outlook klient this is not the case. This is not good. It should be the same functionlity in both clients.
