There appears to be a problem with both the CRM 2013 and CRM 2011 SharePoint List Components on SharePoint Online since the Spring update.

We receive the following error when trying to configure a SharePoint site - An error occurred while loading the page. The URL may not have been mapped in the SharePoint Server. Ask your system administrator to check the Configure alternate access mappings settings in the SharePoint Central Administration.

I will also attach a screenshot of the error when configuring a demo CRM 2013 org with a SharePoint site containing the most recent 2013 list component.

This has only been happening since early June and was previously working. Existing organisations with SharePoint online already configured can browse to existing document folders for Accounts etc, but receive the above error when trying to create a new document folder for new Accounts.

There are lots of users experiencing the same problem in these forum threads, so we are not alone: -
