Provide 'Customer reference' from POS sales.

Customers have the option to provide their own reference number. This number will normally be displayed on the sales order and the invoice document. No option currently exists for adding this reference to an order initiated from the POS.

A feature to map loyalty payments on the default customer account.

Our customer has a specific request regarding the handling of loyalty payments in customer orders.

Currently, when a customer order is created and includes loyalty payments, the corresponding vouchers are automatically posted to the account of the customer who made the transaction.

We are not considering the suggestion at this time due to the following reason:

For retail pricing, we recommend using Affiliations instead of the customer price groups because the same affiliation can be used to set up special pricing and discounts, unlike customer price group, which require different groups for setting prices and discounts. Thus, you can associate an affiliation e.g. "Story XYZ customer" to the default customer which will be copied immediately to the newly created customers in POS and hence they will get the special pricing and discounts.

Ability to Redeem and Earn Loyalty points in the same sales transactions

Redeem and award in one transaction means that the customer can redeem a certain amount and pays the rest in cash/card. Points should be awarded according to the amount paid in cash/card.

Allow Date (DateTime) attributes for Customer Attribute Groups

Currently, only attributes of type Decimal, Integer, Text, and TrueFalse are allowed to be added to Customer Attribute groups. This prevents having a properly structured date field for capturing things such as birthday using the attributes mechanism.
