The same skill can be added to an employee many times

Description of problem: The user can add the same skill with the same skill level many times. There is no check or error messages. The check should be in the Level field (not Skill id or Level type).

Making the half day definition mandatory for leave submission in D365 HR and in the HR Teams App

My and Company benefits cost in ESS to show %/Fixed amount

Employee can view their benefits and see what is the "my" cost and company cost however it doesn't show whether this cost is % or fixed amount. Can this information be added please? Thanks
