When navigating to the user record from System Administration > Users > Selecting a user account, the system no longer transfers the user to the linked employee record via the 'Maintain Versions' button.

Once you click 'Maintain Versions' on the user account, you have a linked 'Person' field which indicates if the user account has a created employee record/is linked to an employee record.

The idea is the user to be transferred to the employee record of the user account once you hover over the 'Person' field and click on the hyperlink.

Currently it transfers you to a tab named 'Party' which is irrelevant for the employee record.
