Accessing Employee Self-Service as a user (employee), I can submit an Identification detail to a workflow request for Eg. Passport with details like Effective and Expiration dates. However, there is no attachment feature available to attach the supporting documentation to the Identification workflow which can then go in for an approval to various Organizational Stakeholders like the HR Groups. In this scenario, parties to the workflow would necessarily require supporting documentation to verify the Identification submitted by me as an Employee. This does not exist on the Human Resource Module of D365 Finance and Operations.


This is a very common request from Clients and strongly recommended to be on the product.
