It would be great to have the ability to have managers take part in and manage the cases for individuals in their team. Currently, the only way to include this would be to expose the entirety of the employee list for that legal entity (through personnel management) but, I think a tile in the "My team" page in Employee self service containing their teams open cases would really enrich the case functionality.

It would also be great if case management was added to ESS. With the limitation of changing personal details in ESS, it would be helpful if employees could log a case where they required for example, a change in name, or gender, with the ability to attach documents to cases.
