Allow Set regarding in Bulk from Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

The now deprecated outlook add in used to allow users to select multiple emails and make them all tracked and 'set regarding' a record in Dynamics. This is not possible used the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook - the user must do this action one by one which is much less efficient!

Pin App for Outlook on "New Email" tab

When you navigate under Outlook and load the App for Outlook, the pane can be pinned on the side. However when you click on "New email", on the compose window the App is not loaded automatically (not pined). The idea is to have the App pinned there as well.
