When we create an all-day appointment in Dynamics 365, the behavior is as follows. This behaves differently from Outlook all-day events and confuses users.
- If we check "All Day Event" when creating an Appointment, the End Time will be set to the next day.
- When we create an all-day appointment in Outlook, the End Time is not set to the next day. Synchronizing this appointment with Dynamics sets the next day.
- If we set the end date of an all-day appointment to the same day in Dynamics, it will not sync to Outlook.
