Make mobile offline support the manufacturers own operating system
"Mobile offline is only available for iOS and Android." (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/mobile-app/work-in-offline-mode) Seriously? Hey Microsoft, ever heard of "Windows"?
Grab the Geolocation data during a picture being taken
Having the GPS and Time Date information associated with photos captured allow the customer to sort and find pics near a specific location.
This is a great idea and something that many phones do today to help one recall where specific photos were taken, but it would be useful for us to also store that data in Dynamics 365. We'll add this to our backlog.

Edit the photo by default.
Currently the photo editing UI does not open when a photo is taken. So the awesome feature goes unnoticed by users.
This would be a nice and simple change for us to make to our out-of-the-box project. Added to backlog.

Able to upload multiple photos at once
Currently the Android platform does not allow one to upload multiple photos at one time.
Thank you for the feedback. We will review this idea internally and monitor for additional votes.

Field Service - Mobile App Performance Issue
When the CRM is integrated with SharePoint, the Field Service Mobile Apps works perfectly fine! We can see the document content list and everything. All good! The problem begins when you have lot of folders with many files. The app keeps waiting for prolonging time. But that's not the problem....
Thank you for the feedback. If you are seeing an issue for a feature, please raise a support ticket so that we can have back-and-forth to get to the root cause. Ideas is for suggestions for new features.
