Field Service - Option to take out travel time from allocated slot
Currently, travel time is taken from the allocated visit slot (eg if you book a 1-hour slot and the travel time is 30 mins, the time for the actual visit is reduced by 30 mins). Would like the option to add travel time to the visit duration itself

We released this feature as part of the improvements made to the Travel Time, now the Travel Time is included in the total time of the booking.

URS - Click and drag on Schedule Board lets user select which entity to create a Booking For

Schedule Board Assistant - apply time window/groups to search results
Time window/groups configured against a work order are not applied to results when searching for resources using the schedule board assistant. This essentially makes time window/groups redundant as far as system functionality goes.

URS - Allow Customizing Booking Context Menu
Some users should not be allowed to change status; need to be able to prevent that option from appearing in the context menu.
Would be also nice to customize the context menu to create commands for it.
