Time window/groups configured against a work order are not applied to results when searching for resources using the schedule board assistant. This essentially makes time window/groups redundant as far as system functionality goes.
This is contrary to the documentation relating to time groups https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/field-service/set-up-time-groups which specifically states that time groups will be added to the schedule assistant search results.
