Increase the number of times a KB article was read, after a user found and opened the article via Relevance Search

Allow editing of language dropdown for KBA - limit search results

The dropdown of the languages in the search for kba on a case holds all languages. There is no way (at least I did not find any) to customize this dropdown and limit the results. We only work with max 4 languages.

Integrating One Note documents as knowledge base articles

I am looking for a way to easily take a series of one note documents and create knowledge base articles from them. I am curious if there is built in integration in order to do this and if so do they have to be formatted a particular way.

Need attachments on the KB records shown in the KB section of the cases

Our tech support group has a number KB records that have attachments ( Specification sheets, cross reference part lists etc..) and currently there is no way to show these attachments on the case form when the KB article is searched.
