Knowledge agents who are frequently using some articles or keep handy some important articles needs an ability to access those quickly. Provide an ability to pin or favorite the knowledge articles for faster access.

One way to do this is through the Site Map (left hand navigation), by viewing an Article, then going into Recent and pinning it. Then you can go back each time to Pinned under the Site Map and pick up the Article there.
