Ability to Export the configurations and settings from an instance
we are able to configure the data sources, mapping the attributes, create the match rules and merge info for attributes. However, it is not possible to export these and import in another customer insights instance. Is it possible to have this option.

Feature to customize the output format and the number of data divisions when exporting data to Azure Blob Storage
Currently, when you export data from Customer Insights to Azure Blob Storage, the data is automatically divide into four and stored in Azure Blob Storage in CSV format. Customer thinks that the file format and the number of data divisions can be customized for more efficient operation.
Ability for customer to force refresh Historical Analytics data
Currently if the Historical Analytics data does not refresh we have to contact Microsoft support in order to force the refresh. It would be useful if the customer was able to do this themselves. This would save time and resource, and therefore cost, for both the customer and Microsoft.

Marketing Forms - Publish Option "Embed form via Java Script"
we face issues with the functionality of publish options for forms.
We would like to use the variant "Embed Form". Currently the generated JavaScript code does not consider any CSS classes and styles in Real time markeitng email.
