Exchange Production BOM Item - Allow to remove item/BOM instead of exchanging

Please add a new option to the "Exchange Production BOM Item" report to delete the selected item/BOM from Production BOM. Currently, you must specify both Source and New Item/BOM; the suggestion is to allow empty "New" + add option "Delete".
