On the Item Card Links function, which is on Item Card under the Attachments on the Info Pane.
If a Link and a Description is entered the Description is presented as a hyperlink, however the link is then displayed again on a new line but it is not a hyperlink. I think this is a bug and the text should not be duplicating information but be the time stamp and user information like on the Notes section on the Info Pane below.
