As the production journal is not really temporary but is more create and delete this raises an issue which was more unlikely in the windows client. Considering a scenario where the customer opens the production journal, adds item tracking and then the browser window forcibly closes without the "Close" action on the production journal page. This leaves records in the Item Journal Line Table which is not accessible or deletable and the corresponding Item Tracking leaves records in the Reservation Entries which has the possiblity to block for other usages of this lot or serial no.

I suggest to consider making the Production Journal temporary with all the implications that follows, so that if the browser windows forcibly closes it will not store values.

Alternatively allow access to the production journal lines with the ablilty to access the related item tracking lines so that it is possible to clean up.
