  • A user cannot upload a SharePoint document anymore if any file was deleted from Dynamics 365

    I would like you to look into this issue and provide the fix.

    A [upload] button does not work under certain circumstances.

     

    Repro steps:

     

    1. Open a record and click [Document] from the menu (navigation bar) in SharePoint
    2. Upload a document from the lists and back to the record page
    3. Click [Document] again (navigation bar)
    4. [Upload] button does not work. Thus, a user cannot upload any documents.

     

     

    This occurs on IE11 and Google Chrome. OS is Windows7 Enterprise.

    Dynamics 365 Online version is Version1612 (8.2.0.788)(DB 8.2.0.779).

  • Ability to bulk close Opportunity records

    It would be really great that if a user can select multiple Opportunity records and close them at all once.

    Also, if a user checks more than two records in a View, Close as won would be disappeared from the ribbon.

  • Ability to automatically send a meeting invite from CRM Online

    It would be great to send a meeting invite from CRM Online when an appointment was created and added required attendees.

    Creating a custom workflow and using Plug-ins cannot be a simple task for many users.

    Users need to send a meeting invite manually in a Outlook client.

     

  • Ability to hide some of the entities that are shown in the Set Regarding feature in Dynamics 365 for Outlook

    It would be nice to hide some of the entities that are displayed when a user clicks [Set Regarding] to open a system view.

     

    This view cannot be customized and it shows all the entities (some of them are not required to show for a user).

    It should be able to limit what entities can be listed in this view.

     

     

  • Email error in Dynamics 365 Version 8.2

    This error can be seen in Dynamics 365 Online Ver. 8.2 only. This does not occur with Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Update 1.

     

    The error occurs when followings are met.

     

    1. When creating a Contact record, you will have the same value in [Full Name] and [E-mail] fields.
    2. Go to Settings > Administration > System Settings > Email tab > Set Email form options
    3. Set “Allow messages with unresolved email recipients to be sent” to YES
    4. When sending an email from Activity entity, enter the email address that was saved from above steps to TO field gets an error.

    *Same error in CC and BCC

     

    Turning on the legacy form rendering can be a workaround which is not going to be supported anymore.

    Please fix this issue.

  • Ability to create new Account records from Customer field in Order entity

    It would be very useful if you can create a new Account record from a potential customer field in Order entity.

     

    Currently, if a quick create form is enabled for Account and Contact in Dynamics 365, when you click + New on a lookup field for Potential Customer, it will open a quick create form for Contact.

     

    If a quick create form is not enabled for Contact, when you click + New on a lookup field on a Potential Customer field, it will open a new creation form for Contact (again).

    I was expecting it to open a quick create form for Account but this does not happen.

    It will always open a quick/standard create form for Contact.

     

  • Ability to show [Save & Close] button for Booking Recurrence (Monthly) on IE browsers

    Unlike Google Chrome and Firefox, Internet Explore does not display [Save & Close] button on a form when setting Booking Recurrence for Monthly in the Field Service solution.

    The button cannot be displayed or been cut off from the form.  

    It would be wonderful if you could fix this problem.

     

  • Ability to customize the field in the Send Direct Email window

    When using [Send Direct Email] feature on Dynamics 365 (Online), it would be great if you can change the display order of the fields.

    For example, the [Send direct email from:] field can be missed because it is displayed on the bottom.

    I would like to move it to the top so that other users do not forget to change the from field.

     

    It should be available in Dynamics 365 (Online) as the default feature.

     

  • Ability to display Activity Feed as a sub-grid

    ACTIVITIES tab on Activity Feed is not very useful with such little information to show.

    It would be better if it can be displayed as a sub-grid to add columns and see each record without opening it.
