Ability to add all the missing components when click to ‘Add required components’ during solution export
The only way to add full lists of required components takes quite huge work load.
Also, it throws an error if there is any missing components.
Users did not experience the issue in Dynamics CRM Online 2013 to 2015.
It really needs to be fixed for improvement. Many customers are affected.

Ability to change the date and time fields for specific fields
The default date and time format is quite limited.
I would like to show ‘only years and months’ on only specific fields.
CRM online Version : 2016 -
Ability to add the default buttons on Custom entities
We have ‘CLOSE AS WON’ button and ‘CLOSE AS LOST’ button on Opportunity records.
These buttons are designed to change status for the record and cannot be added on custom ones without external tools.
It would be really nice to have the ability to add the default button that can change status on record for custom entities.

Narrow down related entities when look up for fields on form
When you look up for fields, it shows all entities that are related to.
It is not really ideal for those smart phones and tablet users if it shows everything in look up window.
It should be able to narrow down the related entities to be looked up for the field.

Real time ability to attach files in Activity feed
When you need to attach a file in Activity feed, first you have to save the record.
It would be really useful that if you can attach a file while you are creating a record.Product Version?2016

Ability to add multiple email address in TO,CC,BCC fields
Currently you cannot set multiple email address at all once.
You have to do it one by one. It would be much easier to add numbers of email address in one step.Product Version?2016

Ability to add recipients when creating an email from Queue
Currently, if you need to add recipients in To fields, you need to click a magnifying glass icon to look up for other records
and look for Queues. My idea is to be able to choose a queue from the first place, and just add it in an email entity.
This would be more efficient way to create an email record.

User is unable to sync new Appointments with Dynamics CRM Online and Exchange Online
While Dynamics CRM Online and Exchange Online are synchronized, Appointments can only be displayed in Office 365 if these Appointments are created in Dynamics CRM Online.
However if Appointments are created in Office 365, they will not be displayed in Dynamics CRM Online.
If you can at least edit Appointments from both sides, it should be able to create new Appointments and have them sync both ways.

Ability to show only selected Activities on sub-grid
When you click the + sign on sub-grid for specific Activities, it will list up all types of Activities such as tasks, Phone and Emails.
It would be great that if you can just choose which Activities to be displayed and hide others when you click the + button.

Setting FROM field for all outgoing emails
I would like to set the default FROM field for all the outgoing emails that are sent from CRM Online.
So that any user can send email but FROM field would be always the same.
